Clear, fair terms for subscriptions, cancellations and refunds.
Linkafella is operated by Linkafella Private Limited (Bangalore, Karnataka, India). Linkafella's paid plans (Pro and Agency) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance each month until you cancel. Your plan's monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase (and, in some cases, by Razorpay). Charges may appear on your statement under the payment processor's name. We do not store your card details.
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. After that, your account moves to the free plan.
If something isn't right, contact us at hello@linkafella.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll review your request in good faith. Because plans are usage-based, we generally don't refund partial billing periods or fees for scans and tracking already consumed, except where required by law or the Merchant of Record's terms.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via the payment processor; processing times depend on the processor and your bank.
The free plan costs nothing and can be used without payment. You're never charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
