Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Linkafella (the “Service”), operated by Linkafella Private Limited, a company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Linkafella provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analytics: it runs live queries against AI answer engines and search, measures how often a domain is cited, and produces a GA Score and related insights. Features and limits depend on your plan.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Linkafella offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Agency), each with metered monthly allowances for scans, tracked prompts and keywords, and other features. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase, and in some cases by Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

You can cancel anytime from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• •Use it for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• •Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls.
• •Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except as permitted by your plan.
• •Overload or disrupt the Service or the third-party engines it queries.

AI answer engines are non-deterministic and change frequently, and some outputs cannot be observed directly. Linkafella's metrics — including the GA Score — are measurements, proxies and estimates, labelled as such, and are provided for guidance. We do not guarantee any particular visibility, citation, ranking, or business outcome. The Service is provided “as is.”

Linkafella owns the Service, the GA Score methodology, and all related software and content. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service and provide your results.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for hosting, AI engines, search data, email and payments). We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy or actions of those third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkafella disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
